Before the Lord led him here, he assisted at Lighthouse Baptist Church in Central City, KY. He and Skye have been married for 5 years. Throughout his life, he has been able to serve in various ministries and hopes to continue to do what he can for the church. He also teaches 7th grade at our school, OGCC.

Ian Crump

Elder In Training

My name is Ian Crump. I was born in Florida and moved many times to various places as my father was a civil servant working in the commissary. I was saved at Victory Baptist Church in Milton, Florida, in 2007. Afterward, I attended one year of Bible college in Pensacola, FL. My wife and I met and were married in 2009. In February 2011, we were asked to move to China and help a missionary start a school. During this time, I worked within the administration of the school, and at times performed the role of substitute teacher. I was also the P.E teacher for a few of those years. I spent 8 years in China working in different facets of the school and working among the Chinese people planting churches and discipling a pastor. I have pastored a local church in southeast Missouri for the past 3 1/2 years.  I am currently continuing my education with Andersonville Theological Seminary and looking forward teaching this year.

Brandon Hewitt

Deacon

My name is Brandon Hewitt, and I was born and raised in a small farming town in Western New York. I enlisted in the Army immediately upon graduating High School at the age of 17 years old and am an active-duty Chief Warrant Officer Four with 18 years of service. Previous duty stations include Hawaii, Alabama, and Fort Campbell, Kentucky. I met my wife, Cristen, who is the Third-Grade teacher at Oak Grove Classical Christian Academy (OGCCA), in 2007 and we married in 2008. Together we have three wonderful children who all attend the OGCCA. Living in Clarksville since 2012 and becoming a member of the Church the same year, I have seen the Lord work in amazing ways at the Church and the Academy. I was voted in as a Deacon of the church in 2023. I have a deep work ethic and a desire to assist the Church and Academy in any opportunity that the Lord provides.
